TUK Group Advances 35 Toronto Rental Homes, Launches TUK Partner Portal

Foundation walls poured at Lambton, Coxwell acquisition closed and McRoberts agreement firm as TUK Group rolls out a secure digital reporting platform for its partners

TORONTO, Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TUK Group today announced milestones across three Toronto rental projects representing approximately 35 existing and proposed homes: foundation walls have been poured at the 10-unit Lambton project, the 18-unit Coxwell development property has closed, and an agreement for the proposed seven-unit McRoberts project has gone firm. The integrated Ontario real estate company has also launched the TUK Partner Portal, a secure platform giving authorized partners centralized access to project status, documents, updates, three-dimensional renderings and financial reporting.

The announcement follows the Canada Investment Summit in Toronto, where government leaders, Canadian executives and global institutional investors gathered to advance long-term investment into productive Canadian assets. As Canada works to attract new capital, TUK Group is focused on the local execution required to turn that capital into housing.

"Canada is entering a period where global capital is actively looking for capable operators, credible projects and durable assets," said Jordan Alexander King, Co-Founder and Partner of TUK Group. "These milestones show that we are not simply assembling a pipeline. We are moving projects from acquisition through development, construction, lease-up and long-term operation."

LAMBTON MOVES INTO CONSTRUCTION

Foundation walls have been poured at TUK Group's 10-unit Lambton rental development in Toronto. The milestone moves Lambton into its next stage, with completion currently targeted for 2027, subject to construction conditions and other customary development risks.

The project is being delivered through TUK Group's integrated operating model, which supports the full real estate lifecycle from acquisition and planning through construction, lease-up, property management and ongoing operations.

"A rendering communicates the vision, but poured concrete demonstrates execution," said Evan Ungar, Co-Founder and Partner of TUK Group. "Lambton is moving forward because our team remains closely involved from the original transaction through construction and eventual operations. That continuity creates accountability at every stage."

COXWELL CLOSES AND MCROBERTS GOES FIRM

TUK Group has closed on the Coxwell property in Toronto, where the preliminary development concept contemplates approximately 18 residential units, subject to design development and municipal approvals.

The company has also entered into a firm agreement for the McRoberts property in Toronto, where the current concept contemplates approximately seven residential units. The McRoberts transaction has not yet closed, and the proposed development remains subject to closing, design development and all applicable approvals.

Together, Lambton, Coxwell and McRoberts represent approximately 35 existing and proposed rental homes across three Toronto projects.

"These are appropriately scaled urban projects that can introduce new housing within established Toronto neighbourhoods," Ungar said. "Our strategy is to identify properties with strong underlying fundamentals and apply disciplined design, construction and operating capabilities to each one."

BUILT ON A MULTI-CITY TRACK RECORD

The Toronto projects build on TUK Group's operating history across nine Ontario cities. Most recently, the company completed and brought online 23 rental units in Peterborough, taking the project from construction through lease-up and into stabilized operation on the same integrated platform now being applied in Toronto.

TUK PARTNER PORTAL BRINGS THE PORTFOLIO TO LIFE

As the portfolio expands, TUK Group has launched the TUK Partner Portal to give authorized partners a clearer view of the company's projects.

The secure platform presents TUK Group's portfolio as an interactive three-dimensional environment. Authorized users can explore individual properties and access information relevant to their existing relationship with TUK Group, including project status, architectural concepts, timelines, documents, updates and financial reporting. The portal is a reporting and communication tool for existing partners; it is not a platform for offering or transacting in securities.

"Transparency has to scale alongside the portfolio," King said. "We created the Partner Portal so our partners can understand what is happening across the organization, see how individual projects fit together and access important information without searching through disconnected reports and documents."

Behind its developments, TUK Group has also invested in internally managed technology supporting leasing, resident communication and property operations, giving the company greater visibility and operating control from acquisition through stabilized operation.

TUK Group's growth has been supported by relationships with sophisticated private and public-market participants, including a previously announced $100 million Toronto housing partnership with publicly traded Tempus Capital Inc. These relationships form part of TUK Group's corporate development history and are distinct from any public offering of securities.
